3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

All betting and casino activities on 09bet are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. Age is verified based on the date of birth provided at registration.

Age Restriction: Registration or use of the service by underage individuals (under 21) is strictly prohibited. If this condition is violated, the account will be closed immediately and funds on deposit may be forfeited.

At any time, 09bet may request the necessary documents to verify your identity. If the required documents are not provided on time, withdrawal requests and account activity may be temporarily suspended.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

New members are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount — meaning a ৳1,200 bonus requires ৳24,000 in wagering to be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Usage Policy

  • Bonuses may only be used on eligible games and bets.
  • Using multiple accounts from the same device or IP address to claim bonus benefits is prohibited.
  • If evidence of any bonus-related irregularity is found, the bonus and associated winnings may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The 09bet VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members can move up to a higher tier based on regular play. Cashback on net losses is paid weekly: up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, and 0.8% at Gold.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the 09bet platform is governed by these terms and the specific rules of the relevant game.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

09bet reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet. Bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds may be cancelled, in which case the original stake will be returned.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game stops mid-session due to server issues, internet disconnection, or other technical reasons, the outcome of that session will be determined based on valid game data. 09bet may bear partial liability for financial losses caused by technical failures, but will not bear full liability.

6.3 Unfair Conduct

If any user exploits a software error or unintentional mistake to gain funds, 09bet reserves the right to forfeit those winnings. If evidence of collusive betting, system hacking, or manipulation is found, the relevant account will be permanently closed.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

09bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these terms
  • Registration using false or incorrect information
  • Operating multiple accounts
  • Fraudulent transactions or bonus abuse
  • Account use by a person under the age of 21
  • Failure to cooperate with identity verification

Before closing an account, 09bet may give you the opportunity to explain your situation. However, if a breach of terms is clear, the account may be closed immediately. In such cases, the return of any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be reviewed.
